Deprivatize Oil, I say!
It disgusts me that the oil companies are having record profits.
Wow, I just filled up and $3.49 and thought I was gouged. I take it that $4.00 is local price. I say seize them oil fields in Iraq! Oh, isn’t that why we waged the war, to secure oil for ourselves? We should be paying pre embargo rates from 1972–32cents a gallon–don’t ya think? Oh yeah, the war spoils were only for the oil company buddies of W . . .
Yep, I am no longer making extra trips out. My husband and I are also considering car-pooling. I just can’t afford this kind of gas.
I’m trying to figure out how not to use my car… Out here in So. Cal we’re up to $3.97 Sigh….
