Me: Guys what do you want for lunch?
Chorus (of children): I don’t know!
Me: How about a Sunflower butter and jelly sandwich?
Chorus: I don’t know!
Act II:
Me (goes to the kitchen to make sunflower butter and jelly sandwiches)
Act III
Me (places sunflower butter and jelly sandwiches on the table before the chorus)
Chorus: NO WE WANTED LUNCH MEAT SANDWICHES!
Me: WHARRRRRGARBL!!

I’m a graphic designer, and I’m always hearing from clients that whatever I do they’re sure to like. Over many years I’ve learned not to invest much time in the first few creative suggestions for review – turns out almost everyone knows what they DON’T want when they see it. LOL!
Hah! Yeah, that pretty much sums up every day around here.
Lawd….sounds like our house. One of the reasons I loathe preparing meals. lol
